Dr. Amy Gulledge
A native of Arizona, Dr. Amy Gulledge graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Gulledge came into the physical therapy scene after spending months in therapy as an injured athlete. Since that time she has accumulated a wealth of experience in fitness, wellness, and rehabilitation for all fitness levels. Dr. Gulledge has a background in personal training, coaching, consulting on fitness and injury prevention for semi-professional and professional athletes, and designing wellness programs for university faculty.
Dr. Gulledge is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and holds a committee member seat within the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She holds certifications in both upper and lower extremity dry needling (Cert. DN) and has completed extensive training to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) for her advanced knowledge and skills in manual therapy.
Dr. Gulledge is the founder of Nikao Performance and Rehab, LLC. Catering to her passion for education and putting patients’ needs first, Dr. Gulledge founded a business where she could provide individuals with the highest level of quality and personalized care. Her passion and love for helping to educate others and assist individuals to meet their goals are the foundations of Nikao Performance and Rehab.

In her free time, Dr. Gulledge enjoys reading the latest research in Physical Therapy treatment and being physically active through a variety of sports and training modes. She loves the science and problem-solving involved within Physical Therapy and she is very passionate about her role in educating and empowering her patients and clients. She is a physical therapist representative for AZ District 9, and she enjoys her leadership role to help to advocate for her patients and clients at a national level.
Certified Personal Trainer
Aaron George is a certified personal trainer in ultimate bodybuilding, functional training and basic nutrition. He is the co-owner of Resurrected Physiques located in Mesa, Arizona. Aaron is passionate about assisting individuals achieve their best physique. In the military, Aaron was selected as Unit Fitness Manger, Fitness Monitor, and Physical Training Evaluator, and trained hundreds of military personnel in physical fitness. Aaron entered his first competition at the age of 40 as a National Physique Committee (NPC), Classic Physique competitor. He placed first in Classic Physique – Class A division, second in 35+, and third in Novice at the 2017 NPC Thunderdome. He later competed at the NPC North America Championships in 2018. Aaron enjoys sharing his time, experience, and knowledge of fitness and nutrition with others so they can achieve their goals of losing weight and building muscle.
Dani Smith was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Though summers are extremely hot, Dani loves Phoenix and all the desert has to offer. She is currently attending Grand Canyon University to get her Masters of Science in Psychology with an Emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She hopes to help small and large businesses so that they can reach the peak level of productivity they hope to. She loves helping others and she enjoys the opportunity to help not only employers, but employee’s on various levels of the workforce.
